Official Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility. The Nibbles Summer 2026 3x Grocery Cashback Promotion (the "Promotion") is open to new and existing Nibbles Credit Card account holders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, in good standing, not in default or past due at any time during the Promotional Period. This Promotion is non-transferable and is exclusively available to the original recipient of the promotional invitation via email or account dashboard notification.

2. Program Administration and Issuing Bank Disclaimer. Nibbles is not a bank. The Nibbles Rewards Credit Card is issued by Lead Bank, Member FDIC, pursuant to Mastercard licensing. This Promotion and the Nibbles Rewards Program are not offered by or affiliated with Lead Bank. They are fully managed by Nibbles. Lead Bank does not sponsor, administer, manage, or fulfill this Promotion or the Rewards Program, and is not responsible for the availability, value, accuracy, delivery, or administration of any rewards, points, or Milestone Rewards offered under this Program. All questions, disputes, and communications regarding this Program should be directed to Nibbles, not Lead Bank.

3. Promotional Period. The Promotion begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) on June 15, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (ET) on August 31, 2026 (the "Promotional Period").

4. Promotional Reward Structure. During the Promotional Period, eligible Cardholders will earn a total rewards rate of 3x rewards points, calculated as three (3) points per one dollar ($1.00) spent — on "Eligible Purchases" made within the Grocery category (the "Promotional Reward").

5. Definition of Eligible Grocery Purchases & Merchant Classification.

• Merchant Category Codes (MCC): To qualify for the 3x Promotional Reward, purchases must be made at merchants categorized under the payment network standard Merchant Category Code (MCC) for Grocery Stores and Supermarkets (MCC 5411).
• Merchant Mapping Responsibility: Merchants are assigned an MCC based on their primary line of business. Nibbles does not control, determine, or alter the MCC assigned to any merchant by the card payment networks (Visa/Mastercard). A purchase will not qualify for the Promotional Reward if the merchant uses an unmapped or alternative MCC, even if the food items were purchased at that merchant.
• Explicit Exclusions: The Promotional Reward is strictly limited to traditional grocery stores and supermarkets. Transactions made at the following merchant types are explicitly excluded from the 3x rewards rate:
  • Superstores and hypermarkets, including but not limited to Walmart® and Target®;
  • Wholesale warehouse clubs, including but not limited to Costco®, Sam's Club®, and BJ's Wholesale Club®;
  • Discount stores, variety stores, and dollar stores;
  • Specialty grocery stores, gas station food marts, bodegas, and specialty food markets (e.g., meat lockers, bakeries, candy stores, and online meal-kit delivery services);
  • Purchases made through third-party delivery apps or aggregators (e.g., Instacart, DoorDash, UberEats) unless the underlying merchant transacts under MCC 5411.

6. Promotional Spend Cap and Limitations.

• Maximum Cap: The 3x Promotional Reward is capped at a maximum of $6,000.00 in cumulative net grocery purchases per account during the entire Promotional Period (equivalent to a maximum promotional payout of $180.00 in cash value or 18,000.00 points).
• Post-Cap Earnings: Any grocery spend exceeding $6,000.00 during the Promotional Period will revert to the standard base rewards rate specified in your Nibbles Cardholder Agreement (e.g., 1x match).
• Net Purchases: Eligible Purchases are defined as gross grocery purchases minus any returns, refunds, statement credits, chargebacks, or disputed transactions. If a purchase is returned or credited after the Promotional Period has ended, Nibbles reserves the right to claw back or deduct the corresponding 3x rewards points from the Cardholder's balance.

7. Prohibited Use and Manufactured Spend. The Promotional Reward is designed strictly for personal, family, or household consumption. Commercial use, business spending, or "manufactured spend" (including but not limited to the purchase of gift cards, prepaid cards, money orders, cash equivalents, or load/reload transactions at grocery store registers) is strictly prohibited. Nibbles reserves the sole and absolute discretion to audit accounts, withhold promotional rewards, or terminate the account of any user suspected of structuring transactions to abuse the promotion.

8. Fulfillment and Timing. Promotional Rewards points will typically post to the Cardholder's account within 45 days following the completion of a minimum payment on that particular billing cycle.

9. Right to Modify or Terminate. Nibbles reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or terminate this Promotion, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason without prior written notice, subject to applicable state and federal financial consumer protection laws.
